What is The IPP Expo?
Independent Professional Projects (IPPs) are created by second-year Creative Communications students at Red River College. These projects are year-long and range from promotional, creative, documentary, or research-based.
The 2017 IPP Expo is a celebration and showcase for students to show off their finished projects to industry professionals, family, and friends.
Why an Expo?
The Expo is a spin-off of the IPP presentations which used to take place in a formal, auditorium setting. Once the formal presentations ended in 2013, it was felt that the students still needed to showcase their completed projects to peers, instructors, and industry professionals. Going into its third year, the IPP Expo celebrates the hard work of second-year Creative Communications students.
The round table will feature six second-year Creative Communications students who are doing different types of projects. They will talk about their projects and the proposal writing process.
